PAYMENT POLICY 

 

Champagne Press requires a 50% down payment to get started on design proofs and reserve production dates on our calendar.  Upon completion of your printing/production, the balance is due before your paper goods can ship.  We accept all major credit cards online or over the phone, Pay Pal or a personal check. 


SHIPPING 

All orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority (3-5 business days).  Upgrade to expedited shipping if you need your product by a specific date. We ship internationally. Contact us for a quote.  

For hard deadlines, (i.e. menus, programs, place cards) failure to provide us with ample time to print/produce will add mandatory rush shipping charge to make sure your product arrives on time.


REFUNDS 

 

Due to the highly customized nature of our product, it’s important all parties pay very close attention to all the details during the proof process.  

In the event of a mistake, either...

1) Paper Goods were produced according to approval of the customer.  This includes paper choices, typos (dates, times, spelling, etc), and final quantities.  In this scenario the customer is responsible for the cost of a reproduction.  

or

2) Paper Goods were NOT produced according to the customers approval.  Champagne Press is responsible for reprint costs.
